Toshiba hd-a1 firmware help

I am having a problem burning the iso image to a disk i downloaded the firmware directly from the toshiba website. The problem i think i have is properly extracting the image to a cdr i downloaded winzip and the player displays that it is a non playable cd. Anyone that could help would be great? I just think i am improperly converting the iso image.
